You may request a refund for any previously purchased event ticket through midnight October 9th, 2025. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that all original transaction and service charges, including payment processing fees, are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds after October 9th, 2025. CRITCon cannot be responsible for travel, attendance or event issues caused by Acts of God including, but not limited to, war, illness, strike, act of terrorism, severe weather, pandemics, or natural disasters.
The ONLY exceptions to this policy are:

• If the convention is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances

• If a specific event is canceled after the October 9th, 2025 refund deadline by the convention, the event lead, or the instructor—in which case the refund would apply solely to that specific event ticket.

• If you have a mistake or error with your purchase and promptly notify CRITCon within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds may take up to 90 days to process.
